About the Instructor
Cheryl Lehman has over thirty years experience in classical guitar and other guitar styles, and has been teaching at Cheryl's Guitar Instruction for 17 years. Prior years she performed in her home church, was a member of the guitar ensemble "Chanson Quartet", and the guitar trio "Sweet Classics". They enjoyed performing for weddings and special events for businesses such as Motorola, and "Copenhaver Castle" in Phoenix, AZ.
Cheryl holds a Bachelor of Music in Performance Guitar from Arizona State University, where she studied with Professor Frank Koonce. Cheryl is a member of the Guitar Foundation of America, American String Teachers Association, and the Music Teachers National Association.
